Michael J. Lengerich

<p>Michael J. Lengerich, 65, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020, at his residence. He was born in Decatur, on August 28, 1954, the son of Leonard and the late Leona (Rauch) Lengerich. On October 23, 1982, he married Pamela Hargrove.</p> <p>He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Decatur and drove semi-truck for Werner.</p> <p>Michael is survived by two sons, Joel (Jayme Little) Wendland of Indy and Bradon (Amy) Lengerich of Decatur; a daughter, Brittney (Ian) Clerget of Muncie; 3 brothers, Leo (Karen) Lengerich of Monroe, David Lengerich of Columbia City, Greg (Jackie) Lengerich of Huntington; a brother-in-law, Frank Brinkman of Delphos, OH; 4 grandchildren, Alexis Clare, Harper Little, Michael Clerget and Morris Clerget.</p> <p>His sister, Cathy Brinkman of Delphos, OH unfortunately passed away Monday, August 3, 2020.</p> <p>Michael was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Mary H. Lengerich.</p> <p>Visitation will be from 2:00 &ndash; 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Haggard-Sefton-Hirschy &amp; Zelt Funeral Home. The family is requesting that face masks be worn.</p> <p>A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2020, at Haggard-Sefton-Hirschy &amp; Zelt Funeral Home. The family is requesting that face masks be worn. Entombment will follow in Ray Cemetery, at a later date.</p> <p>Memorials may be made to Adams County Cancer Coalition Foundation.</p>
