<p>J. Daniel Reiley, 88, of Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA and formerly of&nbsp; Marco Island, FL entered into eternal rest on August 1, 2020 after a courageous battle with Parkinson&rsquo;s disease.</p> <p>Born March 2, 1932 in Pottsville, PA to Francis Joseph and Ester Burns Reiley.&nbsp; Dan was raised lovingly by Lorretta Hollister Reiley after his mother died.</p> <p>Dan was a proud graduate of Pottsville Catholic High School and St. Joseph&rsquo;s University.&nbsp; After graduating college and serving his country in the Army stationed in Germany,&nbsp; Dan started his professional career in the insurance industry. While working, he earned his law degree from Temple University. Upon retirement, Dan and his wife, Regina moved to Marco Island, FL where Dan enjoyed biking, playing tennis, kayaking, reading and walking the beach.&nbsp; Dan treasured being with family and friends and traveling with his wife.&nbsp; Family and friends meant everything to Dan.&nbsp; But, the list of those whom he loved began with his wife, Regina.&nbsp; His love and dedication to her were awe inspiring. &nbsp; He was always grateful for the life he lived and loved with all his heart.&nbsp;</p> <p>Dan was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Regina (Pepper) Reiley, his sister Catherine Woods, his brothers Joseph Reiley and Thomas Reiley.&nbsp; He will be deeply missed by his children Ann Behrens (Bill) of Annapolis, MD; Kathleen Curry (Al) of Exmore, VA; Dan Reiley (Ana) of Burbank, CA, and Maura Jennings (John) of Ambler, PA. Dan is also survived by his grandchildren: Jack, Erin, John, Joe, Paul, Conor, James and Elizabeth.&nbsp;</p> <p>Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. J. Daniel Reiley, 88, of Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA and formerly of  Marco Island, FL entered into eternal rest on August 1, 2020 after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Born March 2, 1932 in Pottsville, PA to Francis Joseph and Ester Burns Reiley.  Dan was raised lovingly by Lorretta Hollister Reiley after his mother died.
