<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Robert &ldquo;Robbie&rdquo; Edgar Gibson, Jr., age 44 of Gibson, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020.</p> <p>Robbie was the loving son of Robert Edgar Gibson, Sr., and Claudie Britt Gibson, born August 6, 1975 in Scotland County. &nbsp;He worked in trucking with B.A.H. Express.&nbsp; He enjoyed fishing and teaching others how to fish.&nbsp; Robbie had an inviting personality and was always the life at all gatherings.&nbsp; His greatest joy was sharing time with family, especially with his children.</p> <p>Surviving are his children, son, Robert E. &ldquo;Trey&rdquo; Gibson, III of Laurinburg, and daughters, Ashlee Gibson (Andrew) and Jordan Gibson both of Gibson; his father, Robert Gibson, Sr., and mother, Claudia B. Gibson both of Laurinburg; sisters, Elizabeth &ldquo;Beth&rdquo; Brooks (Perry) of Laurinburg, Cindy Clark (Chris) of Laurel Hill, and brother, Jamie Gibson; mothers of his children, fianc&eacute; Jenifer Jordan and Maranda Boger. He loved his nephew, nieces and family.</p> <p>Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 in the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel officiated by Rev. Terry Jordan.&nbsp;&nbsp; Family will receive friends prior to services from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.&nbsp;&nbsp; A private interment will be at a later date.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To ensure public safety, current COVID-19 mandates require facial mask or covering and limited attendance to all services.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
