Lewis Roy Hagel of Harris SK and formerly of Holden, AB passed away peacefully on July 29, 2020 at the age of 82.

Lewis is survived by his children Maggie (Jeff) of Redwater, AB, Melvin (Gloria) of Harris, SK, Lee of New Sarepta, AB, Tanis (Troy) of New Norway, AB and Nora (Brad) of Andrew, AB, 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, siblings Violet, Herb (Isabel), Ed, Lena (Larry), Raymond (Bonnie) and Marie (Ben), in-laws Mary, Louise, Cathleen (Ferd), Penny, Pat, Judy, Clara, Rita and Ken. as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Lewis was predeceased by his wife Shirley Hagel, granddaughter Carla, siblings James, Sam, Joseph, Anthony, Francis, George, Loretta and Valentine and in-laws Roy (Louise), Frank (Mary), Harvey and Isabel.

A celebration of Lewis life will be held at later date due to Covid-19. Donations in memory of Lewis may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 1738 Quebec Avenue, Unit 26, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1V9 or to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2R3.
