Arlin Colin Greeley Sr.

It is with great sadness the family of Arlin C. Greeley Sr. 87, announce his passing. He passed peacefully at his home of 52 years in Coolidge surrounded by family and in the loving embrace of his wife Mary Greeley. Arlin was born May 17, 1933 in Success, Arkansas and moved to the Coolidge area as a child. He graduated from Casa Grande High School. During this time he meet Mary, later marrying her. Their 66th anniversary is August 5th. He served in the US Army, he attended ASU and obtained an AA at CAC, worked in the underground mines in Superior and as a corrections officer at Alcatraz later retiring from the Arizona Department of Corrections Florence as a Lieutenant. He and his wife owned Pitter Patter Day Care in Coolidge. He passed on Monday, July 27th at 4:00 pm. He is preceded in death by his parents Winford and Edith and his oldest son Arlin Jr. He is survived by his loving wife Mary, 3 sons Arthur, Austin and Jason, 13 grandkids and 19 great grandkids, a brother Tony and many, many cousins. There will be a viewing from 3 to 5 pm on Thursday and again on Friday morning at 9am at Heritage Funeral Chapel in Coolidge. Graveside services will follow at Heritage Valley Memorial Park.
