She was born on April 3, 1941, to Jack and Ella L. Smith, in Preece, Kentucky. She was a loving wife and mother. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:26px;">She is survived by her sons, Barry Smith (Helena), Doug Smith (Debbie); nephews, Dale Smith, Wesley Smith; brothers, Russell, James, William; twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:26px;">A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Millwood Cemetery with Pastor Bob King officiating.
