She was born on April&nbsp;3, 1941, to Jack and Ella L. Smith, in Preece, Kentucky. She was a loving wife and mother. &nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:26px;">She is survived by her sons, Barry Smith (Helena), Doug Smith (Debbie); nephews, Dale Smith, Wesley Smith; brothers, Russell, James, William; twelve grandchildren&nbsp;and numerous&nbsp;great-grandchildren.&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:26px;">A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Millwood Cemetery with Pastor Bob King officiating. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL</span></p>

FIELDS, Helen 

Reddick - Helen Fields , 79, passed away on July 26, 2020, in Reddick, Fl. She was born on April 3, 1941, to Jack and Ella L. Smith, in Preece, Kentucky. She was a loving wife and mother.  

 

She is survived by her sons, Barry Smith (Helena), Doug Smith (Debbie); nephews, Dale Smith, Wesley Smith; brothers, Russell, James, William; twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. 

 

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Millwood Cemetery with Pastor Bob King officiating. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL
