HELEN P. SEDLACKO (nee Palica) , of Whiting & Forked River NJ, formerly of Yonkers NY, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at age 96. Helen was the business administrator/secretary for Sedlacko Fuel Oil Co., in Yonkers, working alongside her husband. They retired in 1976. Helen is survived by her son, Martin and his wife Carolyn Sedlacko of Forked River NJ, 5 grandchildren, Wendy Albu and her husband John, Alicia Stine and her husband Ted, Martin D. Sedlacko, Stephanie Brannan and her husband Chris, Colin Kelly and his wife Cindy, and 7 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Mildred (Krynicky) Palica, her husband, Martin E. Sedlacko, her infant son, Peter Sedlacko, and 2 brothers, Andrew and Peter Palica. Visitation at DUCHYNSKI-CHERKO Funeral Home on Monday, October 12, 2015, from 2PM to 6PM. Funeral Service will be in St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at 11:30AM.
