Carolyn Artie Garrett of Battle Creek passed away in her home on July 15^th, 2020. She was born September 13^th, 1949 to Emma and Clifford Keck in Marshall, MI. She got married to Ernest Garrett on September 18^th, 1965. She had three children who she loved immensely and several grandchildren who brightened her golden years. She loved to travel, camp, spend time with family, go to the casino, and have family get togethers. She was proceeded in death by her daughter Sherilyn Garrett, her brother Thomas Keck, and her parents Emma and Clifford Keck. She is survived by her husband, Ernest Garrett; three children, Steve (Amy) Garrett, Sarah (Stephan) Johnson, and Amy (Donnie) Robinson; 8 grandchildren, Osiris, Kiara, Caitlyn, Nevaeh, Khloee, Josiah, Jakari, and Zuri; her sister, Kathy (Carl) Parker; and brother Daniel (Elaine) Keck; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
