Due to the Covid19 outbreak the family of Miriam Lewis Young age 71 has decided to have a Private Memorial service Thursday at 4:00pm at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home.  Sister Hazel Mixon and Pastor Lin Kirkman will officiate.    

Miriam passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Carolina Pine RMC.  She was born in Hartsville the daughter of the late James Robert and Lila Pauline Lloyd Lewis.  She was a member of Kelleytown Baptist Church.  She was retired from SCE&G after many years of service.  Miriam was a caregiver to many, she loved her yard work and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 49 years, Tommy Young, Hartsville; daughter Tammy (Wes) Caudle, Hartsville, grandchildren, Trey Caudle, Hartsville, Kenley Caudle, Hartsville; brother, JD (Peggy) Lewis, Hartsville; sister, Emily Morris, Sumter.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Frances Corbett and Joan Gainey.
