Carol Ransom, age 67 of Bloomington Springs, passed away Wednesday evening July 8, 2020 at her home. She was born December 25, 1952 in Elko, NV to the late John Henry Culwell and Lucy Rascon Culwell. Carol was retired from Baron USA in Cookeville. She is survived by her husband, Bill Ransom; sister, Barbara Quintin and husband Phil; three brothers, John Culwell and wife Carole, Wilson Culwell and wife Vicki, and Richard Culwell.
