Rita D. Weygandt Massillon, Ohio Obituary

Rita D. Weygandt

Today the world is a little grayer as the beautiful light Rita Darlene Weygandt left this world on Saturday January 14, 2017. Rita was born in Scio, Ohio in 1948. During her life she touched many people as she spent time in various places in Northeast Ohio, Naples, Florida and finally back in Massillon. She is survived by her husband and best friend of 48 years Gene Weygandt, her son Dave Dagostino (Cassie) of Naples Florida and her daughter Gena Dee of Frederick, Maryland. She was a wonderful Abby to her grandchildren Shayne, Zack and Cade Dagostino and a wonderful Nana to her grandson Eddie Haugh (Gene Dee). To her nephews and nieces Dorothy, Steven, Maria, Wesley, Raquel, Josh, Karen, and Shari she was beloved Auntie Rita. She was a beautiful soul that always had a special place for any wayward creatures that may wander into her yard, or any person that needed a smile or a kind word. She profoundly touched everybody that had the pleasure to meet her and left an indelible memory that nobody will ever forget. We welcome everybody that knew and loved Rita to celebrate her on her birthday February 5th. For details please contact Cassie at (239) 571-2119. In lieu of any flowers or gifts please feel free to donate to the ASPCA in her memory. Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home & Crematory 330-833-4839
