<p>John Henry Preston was born on September 26, 1946 in Columbia, South Carolina to Annie and Eugene Preston. He was a former educator for the Cleveland Board of Education for many years. John enjoyed shopping, traveling, cooking and spending time with family. His life&#39;s passion was teaching children. John was a member of Grace Community Seventh Day Adventist Church for many years where he served as a Deacon, a Sabath school teacher, and school board President for Ramah Jr. Academy. He was a beloved father of Marcus, Marquita and Yoshiko Preston, a loving grandfather of Yasmin, Yaphet, Ya&#39;Riah and Yasir Preston, and a dear brother of Carolyn and Gwen Preston, Gloria Poole, Melvin, Calvin and Kenneth Preston. His memory will be cherished by all who loved him.</p> <p><strong>Public Viewing Friday July 10th 9am to 11am at E.F. Boyd and Son Funeral Home 25900 Emery Rd. Warrensville Hts., OH.</strong></p> <p><strong>SERVICES ARE PRIVATE DUE TO COVID 19.</strong></p>
