Barbara Dashney
Barbara passed away peacefully in her sleep in the arms of her husband on December 11, 2015. She was born in San Francisco to Robert and Merle Whitley on September 5, 1943. They moved to New Jersey where her father was stationed in the Coast Guard. She moved to Oregon in 1963 and eventually met Duncan Dashney in 1986. They were married in Hillsboro, Oregon May 23, 1987 and moved to McMinnville the following year. After several years working as a scheduler in the plastics industry in Tigard and Tualatin she went on to work locally at McMinnville Hospital in the I.S. department. She retired in 2005.
