Dolores Vasquez, age 85, of San Angelo, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2020. She was born on November 8, 1934 in Miles Texas before ultimately settling in San Angelo to live her out her days along side her husband and family. Dolores is preceded in death by her mother Audelia Garza and Fransisco Garza, two brothers, and five sisters. Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Estevan Vasquez. Their three children, Maria Mendez, Estevan Vasquez Jr., and Maricela Regino. Their grandchildren: Jay Mendez, Isabel Mendez, Erik Maldonado, Ruben Maldonado, and Araceli Regino. And finally their great-grandchildren: Alyssa Mendez, Jaycob Mendez, Piper Peach, and Nolan Molina. The Rosary will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels located at 1102 Knickerbocker Rd, San Angelo, TX 76903. The Mass and services will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church located at 7 W Ave N, San Angelo, TX 76903.  Interment will follow in Ivy Cemetery in Christoval, TX.  Services have been entrusted to Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/Knickerbocker.
