She was preceded in death by her Husband - John Fair; Brothers - John and Hillard Smith. She is survived by her Son - Bill Fair; Daughter - Doris Ratliff; 2 Brothers - Bethel Smith and Earnest Smith; 7 Sisters - Verna Fraley, Phyliss Slone, Eva B. Smith, Elsie Ritchie, Gladys Williams, Louise Webb and Vonda Lee Hall; 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Visitation: Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Monday after 6PM.
