Albert Castillo born June 1st, 1952 in San Antonio, Tx left to be with the Lord on June 25th, 2020.  He is survived by his wife Ana Patricia Castillo and his three daughters Jacquelyn Castillo Salvador (Ruben), Lillian Castillo Aguilar(Sammy), Ashley Castillo Arellano(William), and his 6 grandchildren - Levi, Ryan, Moses, Hadasah, Daniella, and Ezra. He is also survived by his father Nasario Castillo, brother Victor Castillo, sister Yolanda Castillo Ortiz and proceeded in death by his mother Antonia Castillo.

For 60 yrs. Albert was an active member of La Primera Iglesia Bautista Fundamental Mexicana.  As a youth he started his journey in the service by participating in youth elected positions, traveling to small town churches in Texas to share Gods Word, and joining a singing group to praise Gods name. As a married adult he became a Sunday School Superintendent alongside his wife as Sunday School Secretary, he served as an Usher and Representative of the church and served as President of both the church men’s group and the church fellowship.

Albert was also a dedicated police officer with the San Antonio Police Department where he retired after 33 years from the SAPD Executive Protective Services escorting multiple City of San Antonio Mayor’s throughout his career.

Visitation services for Albert M. Castillo will be held on Monday, June 29th, 2020 at 3:00pm to 7:00pm with a Memorial Services following at 7:00pm at the Primera Iglesia Bautista Fundamental Mexicana located at 455 Avant, San Antonio, Tx 78210.  Burial Services will be on Tuesday, June 30th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home located at 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd., San Antonio, Tx 78239.
