Mimi Couch, of the 2300 block of Elaine Ave., departed this world on Monday, February 23, 2004, surrounded by her family. Left to cherish her beautiful memory is her husband, William Couch; her son, William J. Couch and his wife Debra of Chesapeake, VA; and her daughter, Laura C. Glaubke and her husband Andre of Norfolk, VA; and her most prized possessions, her grandchildren, Aundrea, Kelsey, Adam and Christian. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. A graveside service will be on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family would like to express a special thank you for the wonderful care Mimi received from the staff at Chesapeake General Hospital, 2 West, ICU, 4th floor, and Respiratory Therapy.
