Alexander Jennings Thompson, 39 of Fairmont passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at United Hospital Center. He was born September 3, 1980 in Washington, DC, son of William Frederick and Kathleen O’Flaherty Thompson, Falls Church, VA. Alex graduated from Massanutten Military Academy in Woodstock, VA and attended Fairmont State College.  He worked at GCI Consulting as a Telemarketer.  In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother, Jarrett Thompson.
