(1929 – 2020), born in Gretna, VA on November 7th, 1929, departed this life on June 12, 2020. Mattie was preceded in death by her parents, Nollie and Hallie Tucker, three brothers (Pearlie, Lewis & Joe) and two sisters (Frances and Adell). Mattie leaves to cherish her memories 3 children; JoAnn Johnson (Jules), Calvin Barbour (Helen), Ruby Barbour; 4 grandchildren: Rashaad, Archelle, LaShae, Stephanie (Cliff), 6 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, 7 sisters and brothers; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
