<p>Memorial services for Gregory Clocksene, 67, of Groton will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 16th at Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel, Groton.&nbsp; Rev. Bill Duncan will officiate.&nbsp; Inurnment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen under the direction of Paetznick-Garness Funeral Chapel.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Visitation will be held at the chapel on Monday from 5-7 p.m.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Greg passed away June 10, 2020 at his home.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Gregory Kent was born November 16, 1952 in Webster to Darrell and Ella (Hubsch) Clocksene.&nbsp; He attended and graduated from Groton High School in 1971.&nbsp; Greg furthered his education at Lake Area Technical Institute where he studied Building Engineering, graduating in 1973.&nbsp; On June 19, 1976 he was united in marriage to Jeannie Buechler at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Groton.&nbsp; Together they were blessed with four children.&nbsp; Greg farmed for many years south of Groton.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Greg was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church.&nbsp; He was active in the choir, church council and Luther League. Greg was also involved on the East Hanson Township Board and had coached baseball in Ferney.&nbsp; He enjoyed fishing and watching his favorite teams play; the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Twins.&nbsp; Greg loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Celebrating his life is his wife, Jeannie of Groton, their children, Becky Clocksene of Groton, Brad (Amber) Clocksene of Central City, Nebraska, Brandon &ldquo;BJ&rdquo; (Alicia) Clocksene of Groton, Josh (Tanea) Clocksene of Jamestown, six grandchildren: Jaxon, Logan, Kira, Ella, Cowan and Dresden.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preceding him in death were his parents.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Honorary Urn Bearers will be all of Greg&rsquo;s Grandchildren.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Family requests casual dress for Greg&rsquo;s service.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>www.paetznick-garness.com</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Greg passed away June 10, 2020 at his home.
