Mt. Croghan, SC

 

Mrs. Lisa Sellers Hancock, age 50, entered into rest on Friday, June 5, 2020 at her home. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 9, 2020 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Kyle Oliver and Brent Taylor with burial to follow in the Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, June 8, 2020 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home and other times at the home of her mother-in-law, Lucy W. Hannah, 1025 Hancock Hill Road, Mt. Croghan, SC.

 

Mrs. Hancock was born August 30, 1969 in Hartsville, SC a daughter of the late Otis A. and Peggy Hall Sellers. She was employed with Data Resources and a retired employee of the Saleeby Center with 29 years of service. Lisa enjoyed her work and work family, and also enjoyed traveling on cruises. A loving mother and proud grandmother, her favorite pastime was baby-sitting her grandbabies.

 

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hancock was also preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Franklin Hancock, Jr.; and brother, Perry Morris.

 

Survivors include her children, Courtney E. (Senerio Johnson) Hancock, Kevin C. Hancock both of Mt. Croghan, SC, and Randall Q. (Michelle) Hancock of Ruby, SC; grandchildren, Layton G. Johnson, Lennox C. Johnson, and Miranda K. Hancock; brother, Ronnie (Dianne) Sellers of Darlington, SC; sister, Gail (Fred) Faulkenberry of Chesterfield, SC; mother-in-law, Lucy W. (Jerry) Hannah of Mt. Croghan, SC; sisters-in-law, Judy Morris of Hartsville, SC, Gail (Ricky) Morton and Dale Tarlton both of Mt. Croghan, SC; sister of the heart, Rebecca Ratliff of Ruby, SC; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
