Denny Lee Kempton Obituary

Denny Lee Kempton, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Monday, June 1st, 2020 in Okmulgee, OK at the age of 85. He was born March 18, 1935 in Lander, WY to Mervin Paul Kempton & Rosey (Snavely) Kempton.

He is a Veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one grandson, Kolton Denny Kempton.

Denny is survived by his wife Louise (Stacy) Kempton of the home,
four children, Mark Kempton & wife Sharen of Colorado Springs, Colorado,
Jason Mervin Kempton & wife Pam of Spokane, Washington,
Justin John Kempton & wife Nikki of Corona, California,
and Melissa Kathleen Kempton-Baughman & husband Nathon of Post Falls, Idaho,
two stepsons, Carey Ellingsworth of Morris, OK,
and Kelvin Ellingsworth of Henryetta,
thirteen grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Jake, Nataesha,
Nicholas, Emily, Ashley, Jason James, Kristopher, Alicia, Amanda,
Britney, Kelvin Jr., and nine great grandchildren,
seven siblings; Clayton Kempton of Clifton, Kansas,
Theresa Monte of Rio Rancho, New Mexico,
Mary Groethe of Rapid City, South Dakota,
Barbara Pyeatt of Carlsbad, New Mexico,
Larry Kempton of Grand Junction, Colorado,
Sharon Decker of Campo, California,
and Thomas Kempton of Eagle, Colorado,
as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be from 5-8 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Integrity Funeral Service.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday, June 5, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Integrity Chapel (410n E. Trudgeon St.) Henryetta, Oklahoma with Rev. Scott Randall, officiating. Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
