Joseph F. Quinn, Jr., 60, a former machine operator for E.T.C.O. Inc. passed away Sunday, May 31, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Jennifer R. (Wild) Quinn. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Joseph F. and Shirley A. (Moore) Quinn, Sr. Joseph was the loving father of Jessica Francis, and Crystal Parlardy; loving grandfather of Blake, Aiden, Skyla, and Remington. He was the brother of Edward Quinn, Brian Quinn, and William Quinn. Joe loved his family, friends, fishing, and gardening. The ocean was his favorite happy place.
