Dean Allen Mullenax, 81, died May 27, 2020 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was born May 22, 1939 to Gerald and Ruby (Adams) Mullenax in Alma, Arkansas. Dean was a Tool and Die maker for Nichols Tillage Tools in Simla, Colorado for over forty years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and lodging. Dean was a volunteer firefighter and EMT out of Simla, Colorado. He is preceded in death by his son, Michael Dean Mullenax; his grandson, Clifford; his brother, Zane Mullenax; and his parents. Dean is survived by his wife, Katherine Marie Mullenax of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his son; Marc Allen (Valerie) Mullenax of Peyton, Colorado; his daughter-in-law and wife of his late son, Karen Mullenax of Colorado Springs, Colorado; three grandchildren, Michelle, Morie, and Greg; one great-grandson, Aldous; five sisters, Sharon, Jackie, Phyllis, Bertha and Janice all of Colorado.
