<p>Martens, Barbara Ann, age 81, passed away May 26, 2020. She was born Feb. 22, 1939 in St. Paul, MN. Preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Frank; parents, Oscar and Leona Rasmussen. Survived by sister, JoAnn Swaim (Tom) and brother, Dan Rasmussen (Erica); children, Frank (Dancia), Steve, Dawn Kiss (Gus), Bob (Amy), Heidi Kanieski (Todd); Grandchildren, Alexander, Nacole (Zach), Jerred, Kirk, Dancia, Grant, Isaac, Alexa and Payton; Great Grandchildren, Zachary and Raiden. Barbara excelled at baking, which provided treasured memories every Christmas. She loved crafts, flowers and spending quality time with her friends. She contributed numerous volunteer hours at the Missouri Synod Christian elementary schools where her husband, Frank, was principal for over 40 years. She will remain in our hearts forever and be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Memorials preferred to American Cancer Society. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.</p>
