<p>Daniel Herbert Kath was born on November 18, 1959 in Perham, Minnesota to Herbert and Lorraine (Stebe) Kath. He attended Cooper High School, New Hope, MN , graduating with the class of 1977.</p> <p>Daniel enjoyed listening to music from the 1980s, socializing with people, praising God, fishing, gardening, being the family chauffeur, &nbsp;and he loved &nbsp; tending to his aquarium and lovely goldfish. &nbsp;Also, Dan loved collecting unique, antique cigarette lighters. &nbsp;</p> <p>On May 26, 2020, Daniel passed away at Tri County Hospital in Wadena, Minnesota at 60 years of age. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Preceding Daniel in death are his grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Walter and Meta Kath; Richard and Annie Stebe; and his aunt: Marjorie Bendlen.</p> <p>Daniel is survived by his parents: Herbert and Lorraine; siblings: Randy (Kathleen) Kath; sister Darnell Galvin; nephews: Jesse and Jeremy Kath; and Ryan (Melissa) Galvan; niece: Amy (Brian)&nbsp;Des Marais; many other relatives and a host of friends.&nbsp;</p>

Daniel Herbert Kath was born on November 18, 1959 in Perham, Minnesota to Herbert and Lorraine (Stebe) Kath. He attended Cooper High School, New Hope, MN , graduating with the class of 1977.

Daniel enjoyed listening to music from the 1980s, socializing with people, praising God, fishing, gardening, being the family chauffeur,  and he loved   tending to his aquarium and lovely goldfish.  Also, Dan loved collecting unique, antique cigarette lighters.  

On May 26, 2020, Daniel passed away at Tri County Hospital in Wadena, Minnesota at 60 years of age. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Preceding Daniel in death are his grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Walter and Meta Kath; Richard and Annie Stebe; and his aunt: Marjorie Bendlen.
