Randy Braim

Randy Braim, age 55 of Ranger, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 30th at St. Rita Catholic Church in Ranger with Rev. Father Vijaya Raju Mareedu officiating. Interment will follow in the West End Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m., Thursday, May 28th at St. Rita Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, May 29th at Morehart Mortuary. Randy James Braim was born May 30, 1964 in Gorman, Texas to parents Talbert Bob Braim and George Ann Braim. He graduated from Blanket High School in 1984. On March 7, 1985, Randy married Cora Newman in Ranger. He worked as a mechanic for several years and was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church in Ranger and the Knights of Columbus. Randy enjoyed fishing, camping, coaching youth sports and watching the Dallas Cowboys and chick flicks. He was preceded in death by his parents, Talbert Braim and George Ann Parks. Randy is survived by his wife, Cora Braim; three children, Crystal Cole and husband Aaron, Jonathan Braim and Helene Braim; three brothers, Rex Braim, Robert Braim, Ryan Braim and wife Sarah; two sisters, Rita Rammage and husband Tommy, Renee Hanna; his father-in-law, Raymond Newman and mother-in-law, Adelheid Newman; one grandchild, Aurora May Cole and many nieces and nephews.
