<p>Frankie Elizabeth Kelly, 79, wife of Charles Kelly, died Sunday, May 24, 2020.<br /> <br /> Born in Greenville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Tweeter Hembree Hooper.<br /> <br /> Mrs. Kelly was a member of Greenpond United Methodist Church and retired from Controls Supply Company after many years of service.<br /> <br /> In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Whitmire and her partner, Sandra Cox; grandson, Kyle Whitmire; sisters, Bobbi Greenwood, Sue Dickerson and her husband, Paul, and Evelyn Radcliffe; and her brother, Benjamin Hooper and his wife, Joy.<br /> <br /> She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Scott Whitmire; sister, Janet Wike and her husband, Donald; and brothers-in-law, Ed Greenwood and Roger Radcliffe.<br /> <br /> Due to current Covid19 restrictions, a private memorial service will be Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast Chapel.<br /> <br /> In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National MS Society.<br /> <br /> Friends are encouraged to click on the &quot;Hugs from Home&quot; link at the top of this page to leave messages of condolence for the family.</p>

Frankie Elizabeth Kelly, 79, wife of Charles Kelly, died Sunday, May 24, 2020.

Born in Greenville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Tweeter Hembree Hooper.

Mrs. Kelly was a member of Greenpond United Methodist Church and retired from Controls Supply Company after many years of service.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Whitmire and her partner, Sandra Cox; grandson, Kyle Whitmire; sisters, Bobbi Greenwood, Sue Dickerson and her husband, Paul, and Evelyn Radcliffe; and her brother, Benjamin Hooper and his wife, Joy.

She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Scott Whitmire; sister, Janet Wike and her husband, Donald; and brothers-in-law, Ed Greenwood and Roger Radcliffe.

Due to current Covid19 restrictions, a private memorial service will be Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National MS Society.
