Andrew J. Teter (J.R.) of Hayes Virginia went home on Friday, May 22, 2020. He was born on April 8, 1960 in Philippi, West Virginia. J. R. was a loving father and granddaddy. He was an avid Nascar fan, loved the Miami Dolphins, and traveling to West Virginia and the Outer Banks. He was the best “dog dad” to his beloved companions Max and Millie. He was preceded in death by his father Andrew (Andy) Teter; brother Jerry Teter; sister Correna Teter and nephew Brandon Teter. He left to cherish in his memory lifelong companion Lisa Rowe; two sons, Timmy Teter (Mandee) and Nick Teter; daughter Brittany Teter; mother Sylvia Teter; sisters Betty Rowe (Chris) and Denise Paquin (Mike); brother Larry Teter (Cricket); grandsons Carter, Vincent, and Eli Teter; nieces Sara Fravel, Kasey Potter and Andrea Teter; nephews Dustin Rowe, Josh Teter, Justin Teter and John Teter. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at J. R.’s home in Hayes, Virginia.
