<p>Mrs. Annette Shelton Mayo, age 63, passed away Sunday May 24, 2020 at her residence, and went home to Heaven. A private family service will be held at George Brothers Funeral Service followed by a private burial.</p> <p>Annette was a loving wife, mother, and a wonderful sister. She was loved by all who knew her. Spending time laughing with her family was her favorite thing. She was a picture of strength and beauty, just like her mother.</p> <p>She is survived by her husband of forty years Tommy Mayo; daughter Kristen Mayo; sisters Janice Edwards and Gina Whorton (Jim); brothers Eldon Shelton (Vickie), and Terry Shelton; nieces and nephews Ted Shelton, Ricky Shelton, Mark Shelton, Sherry Austin, Mary Beth Shelton, Kimberly Tucker, Scott Edwards, Holden Shelton, Collin Shelton and Holly Moorefield; sister-in-law Teresa Jones (Louie), and her children Karen Howerton and Bryan Newbill.</p> <p>The family would like to express their love and appreciation to the Williams family, Gamble family, and the Landreth family for there care, love and support to Mrs. Mayo during her time of sickness.</p>

Annette was a loving wife, mother, and a wonderful sister. She was loved by all who knew her. Spending time laughing with her family was her favorite thing. She was a picture of strength and beauty, just like her mother.
