Mrs. Jeanna Morning Thompson, age 68, of Cave Spring, Georgia, passed away, Sunday, May 24, 2020. Jeanna was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 16, 1951 daughter to the late Roland Morning and the late Phyllis Pierce Morning. She had recently retired from being a patient advocate in Tennessee before moving to the Cave Spring area to be close to her family. She always enjoyed helping people. When she was not helping people, she enjoyed sewing, making baby quilts, and baking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children: Kenneth Taylor, Charles Taylor, and Suzanne Taylor. She is survived by her husband, John Thompson to whom she married on February 14, 1996; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Darlene Morning; brothers, Roland and Robert Morning. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. The family will hold a memorial service at a later time to celebrate her life.
