Tyler James Goldade, 22, of Aberdeen, SD, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his home in Aberdeen.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m., Friday, May 29, 2020, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Aberdeen.
Burial is at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen.
Schriver’s Memorial Mortuary and Crematory, 414 5th Avenue NW, Aberdeen, is in charge of arrangements. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook and also view the service via the live stream service link at www.schriversmemorial.com.
Visitation is 6:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, at the church with a liturgical wake and rosary at 7:00 p.m. Visitation continues one hour before Mass at the church.
Tyler James Goldade was born November 25, 1997 to Robert and Lorissa K. (Yates) Goldade in Aberdeen, SD. He attended Simmons Elementary and Junior High and graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in 2016. Tyler most recently graduated from Northern State University on May 9th, 2020, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Business.
Tyler previously worked at Northern State University in the I.T. Department and designing T-shirts for his family and friends. He was an avid R.C. car racer and racing fan. Tyler enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, and playing Xbox with friends. Tyler treasured his time spent with his father fixing and tinkering with projects in their shop.
Grateful for having shared his life are his parents, Robert and Lorissa; siblings, Brianna and Ryan; maternal grandparents, Loren and Linda Yates of Mobridge; maternal great-grandmother, Laurine Yates of Mobridge; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Aloysius and Charlotte Goldade; maternal great-grandparents, Robert Yates and Joe and Regina Schneider; paternal great-grandparents, Thomas and Regina Goldade and Carl and Clara TePoel.
