WANDA REBECCA WILBURN was born on December 15, 1952 to the late Andrew J. Townley, Sr. and Bertha P. Brown Townley in Havre de Grace, Maryland. She departed this life on May 22, 2020 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, Maryland.

She received her education in the Cecil County Public School System.

She was employed by the International Hotel Group at The Aberdeen Proving Ground (Environmental Services). She also volunteered to care for family and friends. She loved family gatherings, reading and all types of crafts.

She leaves to cherish her memories; 1 son, Michael Wilburn (April), Sherrill, Arkansas; 1 daughter, April L. Lee (Jamel), Portsmouth, Virginia; 2 grandchildren, Daune Wilburn, Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Omari Wilburn, Pine Bluff, Arkansas; 3 brothers, Andrew J. Townley, Jr., Michael E. Townley and Lawrence A. Townley all of Port Deposit, Maryland; 2 sisters, Jacqueline P. Townley, Aberdeen, Maryland and Rosalyn D. Townley, Elkton, Maryland; special friend, Gilbert James, Havre de Grace, Maryland; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew J. Townley, Sr. and Bertha P. Brown Townley and sister Gwendolyn T. Townley Berry.
