Wayne Moffett age 71, of Huntsville, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Tennova Healthcare in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was born October 7, 1944 in Scott County, Tennessee to the late Therodore Moffett and Myrta Lackey Moffett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Son: Brian Moffett; Brother: Wendell Moffette; Brother-in-law: Allen Henes. He is survived by his wife, Lesa Moffett; Children: Teresa Morgan, Terry Moffett and Britt Moffett; (3) Grandchildren: Miranda Addis, Jackie Cooper and Cory Morgan; (1) Great Grandchild: Jacob Morgan; Sisters: Ina Moffette and Lois Henes; several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Wayne's wishes were cremation. Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville is in charge of the arrangements for the family of Wayne Moffett.
