Thomas Junior Fortner, Jr. age 38 years old, went to be with the Lord May 13, 2020. Thomas was born October 31, 1981 in Burlington, North Carolina. Thomas was a family man and a very hard worker. He was a big believer in God.

Thomas is survived by his family mother Susan Isley, step-father Larry Isley, and his father Thomas Junior Fortner, Sr, his wife Candy, his children Aaliyah, Skylar, Katelin, Zandyn, Makayla, Halle, Peyton, and by his granddaughter,  his siblings Frances (Kelly), Conway (Chelsea), Dustin (Amanda), and Kassey (Dustin), his step-siblings Mandy (Rodney) and Pete (Nikki), his grandparents June, Tony, and Kathy. Thomas had several nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Thomas is preceded in death by his maternal/paternal grandparents Buck Porter, Nancy Gallimore, Tom and Frances Fortner, and his daughter Shelby Long Fortner
