Lina Fiorentini, 92 of Long Branch died Friday, December 11th at Monmouth Care Center, Long Branch. Mrs. Fiorentini was born in Pisa, Italy and moved to the United States settling in Long Branch in 1967. She was a parishioner of St. Michael's RC Church, Long Branch. Mrs. Fiorentini was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending her time watching her grandchildren grow. Often she would travel to Italy to see her family. She was pre-deceased by her husband Giovanni Fiorentini on December 25th, 1992. Surviving are her children, Lorenzo Fiorentini and his wife Dunia, Eatontown and Anna Marie Scarpulla and her companion Larry O'Connor of Oakhurst; her sister, Anna Mosti, Piacenza, Italy and her brother, Renzo Nelli, Pisa, Italy; her grandchildren, Elisa and her husband Mike Schneider, Giancarlo Fiorentini, Riccardo Scarpulla and Roberto Scarpulla; and two great grandchildren, Mia and Ethan Schneider. Visitation Tues. Dec. 15th, 4 to 7 pm at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. Mass of Christian Burial, Wed. Dec. 16th, 10 am, St. Michael's RC Church, Long Branch.
