<p>Joy Anice Ashford, age 98, died at South Lincoln Nursing Center in Kemmerer, WY on April 8, 2020.&nbsp; She was born on August 18, 1922 in Radium, Kansas, the daughter of Faye S. And Ethel E. (Radcliffe) Dellinger.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She married Osborn D. Ashford, on October 18, 1941 in Stafford, Kansas.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Joy was the third child of five children in the family.&nbsp; She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, and loved to go camping with her family.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Robbins, of LaBarge, WY; and Connie Whittaker, of Evanston, WY.&nbsp; She is also survived by a daughter in law, Marti Ashford, of Sandpoint, ID.&nbsp; She is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Joy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, one sister, a son, Jim D. Ashford, a granddaughter, and a grandson.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, private graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the Evanston Cemetery, Evanston, Wyoming.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Joy&rsquo;s wishes were to be cremated.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Arrangements have been entrusted to Ball Family Chapel, Kemmerer, WY.</p>

Joy Anice Ashford, age 98, died at South Lincoln Nursing Center in Kemmerer, WY on April 8, 2020.  She was born on August 18, 1922 in Radium, Kansas, the daughter of Faye S. And Ethel E. (Radcliffe) Dellinger.

 

She married Osborn D. Ashford, on October 18, 1941 in Stafford, Kansas.

 

Joy was the third child of five children in the family.  She enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, and loved to go camping with her family.
