<p>Steven Duane Palmer was born on May 8, 1974, in Alexandria, Virginia to the late Fletcher Palmer and Everlean Gist. He entered into eternal life on Friday, May 1, 2020.</p> <p>Steven was better known by most as Stevie, SP, or Baldhead and attended Fairfax County Public Schools. Steven made endless lifelong friends while living in Alexandria, VA. Upon the union of his mother and Raymond, Steven moved to Fort Washington Maryland where he attended Oxon Hill High School and remained with his family until he transitioned.</p> <p>Steven was loved by many for his contagious sense of humor and open heart, he was always willing to give those his loved his last. Stevie truly enjoyed spending his spare time with his family and friends. Steven could often be found helping others any way that he could.&nbsp;</p> <p>Steven will forever be cherished in the lives of his parents Raymond and Everlean Gist of Fort Washington, MD; one son Jatione of Woodbridge, VA; four daughters Kashmir of Falls Church, VA; Kanisha of Falls Church, VA; Atiya of Bristow, VA; &nbsp;and Quiara of Suitland, MD. He is also survived by six grandchildren Tyree, Symia, Kayden, Samajai, Skyla, and Karmelo; one sister Cynthia (Akin); one brother Bernard (Keirah); three step-sisters Raina (Chad), Tracy and Ivor; three nephews Bernard Jr., Brandon, and Braxton; a host loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his father Fletcher Palmer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 16, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Wiseman Funeral Chapel, 7531, Old Alexandria Ferry Road, Clinton, Maryland. interment&nbsp;Private.</p>
