Jacob Valle officiating. Burial in St. Hyacinth Cemetery Visitation will be on Friday 5:00 - 7:00 PM in BURGESS FUNERAL HOME in LaSalle with a Scripture Service held at 4:45 PM additional visitation on Saturday 9:00 - 10:00 AM in ST. HYACINTH'S CHURCH Born on September 23, 1943 in LaSalle to Joseph and Stella (Rybka) Czubachowski He married Arlette Konczal on November 17, 1973 in St. Hyacinth Church He was a carpenter and was a 50 Year member of Carpenters Local 195 and a member of St. Hyacinth Church Survivors Wife Arlette of LaSalle 1 Son, Brandon Czubachowski, of Peru. 1 Daughter, Gina (Derek) Vicich, of Oglesby; Several Nieces and Nephews Preceded in death by Parents and 1 Sister Ann Marie Katkus Pallbearers will be David Konczal, Paul Konczal, Art Pyszka, Ed Liss, Mark Victor, and Richard Vicich.
