Irma Ann Kuhnert, 82, of West End, NC passed away Saturday January 28th, 2017 at her residence.
She was born on September 5th, 1934 in Englewood, New Jersey to John and Anna Lundin. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Irma’s focus in life was caring for and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dr. Fred Kuhnert; a daughter, Nancy Melone (Steven); two sons, Brandon Kuhnert (Hannah) and Clay Kuhnert; six grandchildren, Steven Melone (Kate), Christopher Melone, Hunter Kuhnert, Oliver Kuhnert, Ryver Kuhnert, and Raven Kuhnert; and her great-grandson, Drew Melone.
A memorial service will be held on Friday February 3rd, 2017 at 3:00 pm at The Chapel in the Pines with Rev. Paul James officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Chapel in the Pines at 581 Seven Lakes North, West End, NC 27376 or to the Moore County Humane Society at 5355 NC-22 Carthage, NC 28327.
