INGALLS, Marie V. – It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of Marie V. Ingalls at the age of 97 in the Rosedale Home for Special Care, New Germany, where she had been residing on Sunday, May 10, 2020. Born in the United States of America on August 4, 1922, she lived most of her adult life in Reading, Massachusetts, with her husband Gilbert F. Ingalls, who predeceased her. Marie relocated to Nova Scotia, where she lived in Hebbville since 1986. Marie will be sadly missed by friends, neighbours and relatives. At Marie’s wishes, no public service will be held. Private family graveside will take place in Epworth Cemetery, New Germany. In lieu of flowers, donations may be to S.H.A.I.D Animal Shelter or Rosedale Home for Special Care bus fund. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Rosedale for the love and compassionate care given to Marie.
