Myron Lee Adams

Kernersville – Myron Lee Adams, 51, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Myron was born on October 19, 1965 in Virginia to Willis Lee and Barbara Huffman Adams. He was an avid fan of The Hokies and a supporter of Project Pearl – a non-profit Animal Rescue in Winston-Salem, NC. Myron was preceded in death by his father, Willis Adams; and two fur babies, Bailey and Blue. Surviving are his wife, Tracy Winfree Adams, of the home; his mother, Barbara Adams; two brothers, Mark Adams (Chris) and Shaun Adams (Ramona); four nieces and nephews, Megan, Ashley, Nicholas and Catherine Adams; and two canine companions, Bella and Brutus. A service to celebrate Myron’s life will be held 4:00 p.m. Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at The Arbor at Union Grove Baptist Church, 5424 Union Grove Rd, Oak Ridge, NC 27310. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Myron’s honor to Project Pearl, PO Box 25044, Winston-Salem, NC 27114-5044 (www.projectpearlnc.org)
