Jeff & I grew up in Conley, GA. He was an inventive tinkerer at a young age. He bought my first bicycle and made it into a chopper using fenceposts. Prayers to the Galbreath family. Sorry for you all's loss. Thankful The Lord let me have Jeff as a friend.
