Daniel Rene Olivier Ducharme (Bimbo) With sad hearts we announce the passing of Daniel Rene Olivier Ducharme, known as Bimbo by his friends and loved ones, beloved husband of Audrey Marguerite Ducharme (nee Allary) passed away on March 20, 2020 at Health Science Center at the age of 65. Predeceased by his parents Duncan and Caroline Ducharme (nee Piché); his sisters, Maria, Julie, and Pauline; his nephews, Beau-Jaїs, Robert, Gregg, and Shawn; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lawrence and Doreen Allary. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 45 years Audrey; his children, Tina-Louise (William Darling), Keith Daniel (Connie Flett), and Melissa (Joey Allard); his grandchildren, Kyla, Brendon, Austin, Faith, Trinity and Jacob; his brother Marcel; his sisters, Minnie and Giselle; his godson Vern; his closest nephews, Edwin, Larry, Jeff, Jamie and Ryan; plus many more nieces and nephews; and his friend Harry who was like a nephew to him. Daniel was born on February 12, 1955 in Portage la Prairie; he grew up in St. Ambroise, Manitoba and lived there until he met his wife Audrey, then moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba where he made his life with his family. He married his wife Audrey on March 22, 1975. He was a hard worker and a generous man. He was a ‘jack-of-all-trades’, but his favourite job was as a Hunting Guide to the American hunters. He shared his love of hunting, which he got from his father, with his children, grandchildren and nephews teaching them everything he knew. He was a wonderful, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. His grandchildren meant the world to him. Honorary Pallbearers are: Vern Ducharme, Edwin Lavallee, Larry Klyne, Jeff Klyne, Jamie Klyne and Harry Allard. A “Celebration of Life” will be held in St. Ambroise, Manitoba at a later date.
