Edward Kress
It is with great sadness that the family of Edward "Ed" Kress announce his passing on Friday, March 20, 2020 at Hospice Renfrew, after a well fought battle with cancer. Ed is the son of the late Eldon & Kathleen (Lipskie) Kress. He is survived by his sister Frances (Butch Brown) of Renfrew, niece Tammy (Mike Wiebeck) of Toronto, nephews Scott (LeeAnne) of Renfrew, Todd (Chris) of Gananoque. Great uncle to Nicholas and Andrew Wiebeck as well as Savanna and Lily Brown. Ed's Occupation was a cement finisher and he left his mark on many a chicken and dairy farm in the Bruce County Region. Ed was a long time member of the Walkerton Legion, helping with the cement finishing of the walkways at the cenotaph. Professional arrangements have been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. Cremation has taken place and Inurnment will take place at a later date in Memory Gardens, Breslau.
