Henry Horner

Henry Horner, 77 of Boaz, KY, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Baptist Health Paducah. He was member of Eureka Baptist Church and a retired self-employed mechanic. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and 19 year member of National Guard. Survivors include three daughters, Alicia Gulley, Mt. Vernon, IL, Melissa Cole, Metropolis, IL and Penny Hayes, Brookport, IL; two sisters, Janis Phillips, Paducah, KY and Juanita Dick, West Paducah, KY; two brothers, Jay Horner, West Paducah, KY and Donald Horner, Tampa, FL; eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Preceding in death was wife, Trudy Ann Garms Horner; parents, John Herbert Horner & Helen McManhan Horner; two sisters. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Richard Beck officiating. Burial will follow at Palestine Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time of 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the funeral home.
