Nancy Ellen Koger Stephens, 75, of Whitley City, Kentucky passed away Monday, March 26, 2012 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. Private graveside memorial services were held Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Pine Knot Cemetery. She was born January 6, 1937 in Co-operative, Kentucky to Austin B. Koger and Mary Ellen Cain Koger. Nancy had worked as a truck driver for Wal-mart before her illness. She enjoyed reading, scrapbooking, and collecting movies. Preceding her in death were her parents and brothers, Harold "Sonny" Koger and Earl Koger. Survivors include a son, E. Thomas Connors, III and his wife, April, of Somerset, Kentucky, daughters, Mary Preister and her husband, Eric, of Topeka, Kansas, Christina Ellen Connors of Savannah, Georgia, Deborah K. Bryant and her husband, Danny, of North Vernon, Indiana, and Michelle Lynn Heyward and her husband, Stephen, of Savannah, Georgia, brothers, Jack Koger and his wife, Wanda Ray, of Stearns, Kentucky, and Don Koger and his wife, Pat, of Greeneville, Tennessee, a sister, Kay Hendrick of Louisville, Kentucky, and seven grandchildren.Obituary
