Dominick Albert Albanese, 61, of Hannibal, Missouri passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. Mr. Albanese was born August 5, 1955, in Bayville, New Jersey to Frank and Dorothy Schubert Albanese. He was married to Denise Gail Lake on July 20, 2006 in Seminole, Texas. She survives of the home. Other survivors include Mother, Dorothy Captoni, Bayville, NJ; Sons, Michael J. Albanese, Seminole, TX, Dylan Q. Albanese, Seminole, TX; Step-children, Nicholas S. (Amanda) Curless, Quincy, Stephanie L. (Gilbert) Verser, Ashland, MO, Anthony (Kelsey Goode) Curless, Cherry Point, NC; Brothers, Mike Albanese, Bayville, NJ, John Albanese, Bayville, NJ; Grandchildren: Slyler, Jackson, Brayden, Hayden, Claudia, Molly, Wyatt, and Abby. He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Dory Albanese; brothers, William Albanese and Frank Albanese. Mr. Albanese was a graduate of Central Regional High School in Bayville, NJ and Midland Odessa Community College. He was a longtime employee of U.S. Cable Company in Seminole, Texas. Dominick was a member of the South Seminole Baptist Church, was a Mason, and recognized as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. In his youth, Dominick competed boxing and loved to watch boxing matches on T.V. He was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast who loved to go on road trips with his motorcycle. He enjoyed camping and fishing, was a history buff, and loved religion and studying the Bible. Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Greenwood Cemetery in Palmyra. Rev. Dewayne Larenson will officiate. The Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra is entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Feed The Children charitable foundation and\or the American Cancer Society.
