She was the daughter of Myrtle Neff Lane. In addition to her parents, one sister and 5 brothers preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Fletcher Ross Fraysier, Kingsport, TN; daughter, Melissa Ann Fraysier; sons, Ross Junior and wife, Kim Fraysier, New Orleans, LA, Richard and wife, Pam Fraysier, Kingsport, TN; brother, Billy Ray and wife, Barbara Lane, Weber City, VA; grandchildren, Garret, Jessica, Blaze and Skylar Fraysier. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Fellowship Chapel, Ft. Blackmore, VA with Rev. Wayne Stallard officiating. The Sluss Family will provide the music.
