Linda Rae Huffman

Linda Huffman, 70, of Spring Green, died on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family after a long and valiant battle with cancer. She was born on November 17, 1945, in Richland Center, WI the daughter of Earl and Beulah (Henry) Ewing. She graduated from Richland Center High School in 1963. Linda was a generous and kind hearted person who would do anything for anyone. She enjoyed cooking and baking for family, friends and neighbors. She was famous for her pies and Christmas cookies. Linda also enjoyed playing cards and the occasional trip to the casino. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Linda is survived by her husband of 22 years Edward, two sisters: Evelyn (Bud) Gander of Beloit and Janice Ewing of Richland Center; brothers in law: Donald Huffman and James (Sue) Huffman all of Yuba; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Linda is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel in Richland Center with a memorial service to be held at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flower the family suggests memorials in Linda’s name be given to G.R.A.C.E. or the Spring Green Senior Center. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements. Online condolences may be made at prattfuneralservice.com. The family would like to thank the hospice nurses and volunteers from Agrace Hospice.
